Sorry I’ve been a little AWOL. Work has been very busy, and home has been hectic as well. P has been preparing to take his qualifying exams (AKA “orals” since he has to stand in front of a panel of professors for several hours and orally answer a litany of questions on all aspects of his research field) for his phd. The poor guy has been studying nearly nonstop (with breaks for important soccer matches, of course) since Christmas and his exam is today.
